What is SilverFit?
This class is for those over the age of 55. The class is designed to improve your mobility and range of motion, your core strength and get you moving again. The key to a long healthy life is to keep moving and eat healthy. We will help you reach your goals so that you can continue to have a great time with your families. This is low impact class where we focus on movement and your form first before adding weights. You are never to old to be fit and healthy.
