Green Smoothie

Recipe Name: Green Smoothie

Ingredients List: 4 cups of kale spinach mix
4 celery stalks
1 large cucumber
1 medium pear
1/4 inch slice of ginger root
1/2 cup of blueberries
8 oz. Of water

Full recipe directions: Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend.
Makes 2 servings. Best if served cold. Frozen blueberries work really well.

*less is more with the ginger - too much will make it undrinkable.
*if intermittent fasting, this is one of the best foods for breaking the fast.
