A group fitness class where you are coached by a certified professional to make sure that you move correctly, lift the appropriate weights and push yourself at the appropriate intensity. These classes involve cardio, gymnastics, and weight training and put together in a way to help you reach your fitness goals.
This class is designed to boost your cardio using our concept 2 rowers, air dyne bikes, jump ropes as well as our mix of body weight movements that will help your mobility, strength, body control, and balance. You will learn proper form of basic exercises that enhance your daily life as well as any sport, hobby, or fitness routine. All levels welcome.
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings. Tumbling does not feature the same elements of formal dance associated with rhythmic gymnastics, but our program can be used to help those looking to get into cheerleading.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a defense martial art that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. We work on proper technique and mechanics to ensure that you are learning correctly and safely from only the best and qualified that you deserve.
